The good thing is that neXgen now actually reads your .xml file, it ignored it in 0.91c.

yea i got the eject problem still but the emulator section works perfectly for me

I'm using the TATX Debug Dual BIOS,and the BIOS-table on Xbox-Scene states that it has an eject fix.So you're right about that

This is only an idea I thought of,so I don't know if it works (it most likely doesn't) .
