Title: Nexgen .95 Leak... Not Again

Rude?  Perhaps..  But what's worse, having someone being rude, and keeping up interest in nexgen, or basically letting all scene interest die (for some people) because nothing ever happens, with updates or screens or anything?

I wouldn't mind getting a tally on how many people got the 'four lights' reference.. i did.. so that's 1.

Screenshots of 0.95 were leaked quite awhile ago and that didnt stop neXgen development aswell, and just Team GotMod knew about them cause I was showing UberGeek or Exitwound (Cant Remember which one) the screens.
(All of the 3D Work is just to much to waste over a small leak)

Its nice how fast Team GotMod is though, I mean how many other teams do you know who can get 14 or less features into there dashboard in alittle less then 9 months?

Just thought id say....
-game selection sound is better(i think)
-eject tray bug still, tried it twice and once it did the old "im gonna open...no im not" thing.
-still have to wait a while for it to load after coming from a game or app.
-FTP works!
-Sound is moody.  I like it.
-Xml is pretty easy
-if i reboot, i go back to Ms dash
-made it green but how do we make the lines that connect the bars

Going back to evox, try going to your emulators, then scroll all the way down, get out of emus then go back...oops!

maybe an xml problem?

ya but ntussi, how do you think we can fix the white part?  Also, how are you guys configuring your xml to put another option on the main part of the dash.  Like, games, settings, and MS Dash.  Tried to add ms dash but no go.  Xml wont accept my lines but i dont get why.

are you seeing the white lines i am in the dash? On mine everything is green except the lines connecting the circles to the selections.  Weird...i tried a #4 entry and it didnt work although it wouldnt make sense to add a line just for that. I dont get it.  Thanks for the xml.

Well, I dont think we need to worry about team xecuter getting pissed about the "leak" since they run the #xbins channel (ASAIK). What I do think is interesting is that they are hosting the "leaked" file when they could have just released it themselves. Very odd!

Well, maybe they will now let out regular updates. Keeping my fingers crossed and my hopes up!

Its not really a leaked file though, Team GotMod (Makers of neXgen) were the ones who installed this build of neXgen into peoples Xbox...

Leaked = Warez, and #Xbins+Xbox-Scene does not host or support any type of Warez...

I remember that episode...and Picard was trippin' cuz the Cardassian (sp?) was telling him that there were five lights, not four...just watch the episode, i guess...

I think the four colors are the LED colors on the xbox.  Green, red, orange,off.  Maybe there is some code that you put in the xml file to control the led's.

Do you have the latest Winzip and/or WinRAR installed??? If yes,then I don't know what causes the corruption (maybe it doesn't download the full file???) . If no,then install the latest version(s) and try opening the file again.This will most likely solve your problem.

If that doesn't work, try WinAce...don't ask why, but it works for me most of the time.
