Title: Will Animations Be Customizable?

A friend told me that animations in the nexgen dash will be customizable (ie more than just the skins for evox). I couldnt find this anywhere. Is this true? If so there will be some amazing potential for much more active desktops than just different wallpaper that is available in evox.
