he'll just change his name and do the same thing.  Just don't respond at all to him and he'll eventually get tired of it.

No good banning his ip, if he has a Dynamic Ip. I also prefer ignore him and eventually he gets tired of posting crap and will begg so some one listens to him hehe! :’)
