I can't reproduce it 100% but it does happen occasionally. If you go to the Game Save Manager and download just the save menu with the listing for a particular game, there will come a time when the menu has a listing but it won't be highlighted. When that happens, you can press 'Y' to dismiss it or press 'B' to close it. Pressing 'Y' on another game after that will restart your XBOX.
