Its actually a xbx file from the Microsft dash so you would need to change that image or make a skin that looks like the default one and use it

not of the top of my head No sorry but I'm pretty sure its packed into one of the xip files but I think unleashX extracts it into its game save dir and uses that image for the default skin so if you find it and edit it you should be OK
