Title: Pc Screensaver To Xbox Screensaver

I know other people have posted about this topic, but the only answer they got was to use a screen capture program. Is there any program out there that can convert from a .scr file to a .xmv or .wmv file or something of this sort?

a .scr file for the computer is actually a program where as .wmv or xmv are video files
