has any1 ever found anything to fix this, i keep getting it to,

Obviously, it's missing wm8eutil.exe.
It's encoder for the OGG codec, from what websites tell me.

Download it from http://www.nordbeat....ox/encoders.htm and install it properly and tell me if it fixes it.

Yuck, I wouldn't get it from there it redirects you to MS' homepage.  Given the underhanded shite that they are putting on people's PCs I would find a third party site.  Anyways, I too am at wits end with the video creater and Windows Media Encoder 8.  The first time it worked fine but ever since then it has just given me errors (right at the very end of completion).  Windows Media says it needs to shut down as there was a problem.  Any ideas?

WTF?  Okay, apparently this thing is really tempermental.  I tried converting some files from DVD and an mov file to avi and each time it would error and crash.  Today I tried it again from a DVD and it worked just fine.  Now my problem is that the skin is TOO DAMN big to upload to either of the two sites.  I've tried some avi compression methods but they just don't make them small enough.  Oh well.  It works on mine.
