Title: Creating / Viewing Skins

Lately I have been interested in making skins for UX. So far I have been successful in modifying a few already made skins. However I was wondering if there was a way I could view the skin on my PC before uploading it to my xbox.

There used to be a few apps for PC to make Unleash X skins but I can't remember if you could preview them before sending them to the xbox. Worth a Google, I guess?
