Title: Unleashx Freezing Alot

I am having all kinds of trouble with unleashx.  sometimes it freezes after the intro when you turn on the xbox, and sometimes while loading apps or games.  Sometimes when i turn the xbox on after about 2 or 3 min the dash finally loads.  I am using the latest xbe with the version right before since the latest only comes with the xbe and xml.  Using the old config xml by the way.   I have even reformatted my hdd with slayers and that didnt help much.

Please help.  I hate to have to reformat all the time.

I have a samsung 80gb 7200rpm with 8MB cache unlocked in my system.  would locking it help?

Are you using a skin with lots of Background videos Ive heard that can do it

Doesnt have any background video.  Has preview videos for games.

I have been using the skin titled live.  it was ported from a mxm skin.  All I edited was the preview audio to yes

Ported MXM skin heh?

Switch to the default skin for now, then tell me it the crashing continues.

Also the live skin in mxm had a background video of fog moving around dont know if the unleashX version does though

Overall, this is just a skin problem.
