Title: 1kbps - 2kbps Wtf Help

ok i set up my connect ages ago and was gettin well 8-9 kbps on my xbox to pc transfer then i noticed how slow it had gotton and wondered why so i checked the forum and the tutorials to how to increase my speed.

The first one i read was about chaging some settings in flash fxp that didnt do anything
Then i moved on to the one that tells you to change the speed to half duplex or something when i did that it came up at the bottom right hand corner that a "Network Cable" was unplugged.

So i took no notice and tried go on the internet and bang the internet dint work couldnt connect so i change the settings back to auto restarted the machine and bang the internet is back but still only getting 1-2kbpls

Any help

im having the same problem but am getting speeds of about 2 and a half kb/s

use another ftp program, flash was always buggy for me.

Packet size is the problem  look in you ftp program in setting and change the
pactet size to 1024

I had the same isuue when I connected thru a hub to my xbox..very slow and sometimes just stoped.
grabbed a regular direct line and worked alot better.
