Post by: HoRnEyDvL on August 28, 2004, 09:09:00 AM
Well  guys time 2 show you that the lil guys are strong as well. Having talented people in Team XOS has paid off at last. As you can see from the screen posted below we have progressed alot & now things are starting 2 look like the should have from the begining, Who needs complicated xip xaps to modify soon it will be as easy as abc. We are now looking for feature requests tell us what you want in nexgen ect , I can tell you now a new skining interface will be introduced the way it functions i cant say as of yet but will make it better for skiners. Enough blabering for 1 night heres the screen.

I always wish for steaming mp3 samba support.  Oh a yes I do got XBMC installed,an it’s not a dashboard so I don’t want to hear the complaints

You can make the fog what ever colour u want. Pink purple black yellow what ever u want & when we finish this skining engine it look cool as. Its been a long time comming & i apologise for the amount of time its taken us 2 get to this stage but i promise from now on u will have 1 stable nice looking feature packed dash.

Looks good btu I cant help but notice that the new models dont really have the same texture effect as each other IE the tabs are king of scratched metal and the orb bit is high gloss. I hope that gets sorted into a uniform design in the final release
