Finally got around to it.
It is at www.xbox-skins.net and I have uploaded it to allxboxskins.com as well.
I used Adobe AfterFX to make the intro and an animation for this skin, I hope everyone likes it.
Also the release has 5 colors in it, so that everyone can pick something they like. The colors are -Original, Black, Blue, Green and Red.
Skin has- Loading screen, some animation, intro screen, cool screen saver, custom sounds and custom fonts.
