Title: Sound In Video Capture

I am trying to make a WMA video with my videocard(with videocapture) hooked up to my xbox. I can get the vieo recorded but I can't get any audio recorded along with the video and I think it is because I have a legacy soundcard with generic windows drivers(can't update drivers). Is there a way I can capture a video and then take a wav file I already have on my computer and somehow encode it with the video? And if so what free program could I use to do it?
