Title: Need Some Help On Making A Skin

Well, Stoik Video and VirtualDub are freeware tools used to make videos... If you have access to Vegas Video (excellent video production tool) or Adobe Premiere, those also work great.

That's the video end... 3D work will require a 3D rendering tool, like 3D Studio Max. Of course, non-freeware tools can be quite expensive.

If you have Flash:

Make a few pics in photoshop.

Import them all into flash and loop them through, fading each one.

Export as an AVI movie (use no compression for best results)

Use STOIK to convert it to WMV format.
