Title: New Skin: Scarface

I am finally getting around to releasing a new skin here in the next couple weeks. It will be based off my all time favorite movie... Scarface. It will feature footage from the new Anniversary DVD, which I think should be everyones home   . I will have some pics up probably tomorrow. Anyone else interested in this theme, let me know.

Well the skin is basically complete, Koldfuzion should have a video up soon. The only thing that is keeping it from release is that we are waiting for random file code fix. I plan on having random outros in this skin and I think it really adds to it to have them. So as soon as that gets straightened out, look for it.

Could you be a little more clear on filenames. I have ended them with numbers, letters about anything you can think of without any luck. What skins ahve used the random source feature? Thanks

no, i just happened to have the skin already.. and provided/hsot the preview files.


I'm doing my own skin.. "The Punisher"  due out soon...

Nah, that is the nickname which can be set through mxm.xml. I sent him the finished skin so he could take a preview video, because I dont have the tools for that. He also helped out on the skin so that being another reason he has it.

So is that nickname the same nickname you see when you play Halo system link?  It would be cool if MXM can change the xbox name.

You would be correct..  its the last nickname set by the most recent played game.

Skin has been posted to Newsgroups. Alt.binaries.cd.image.xbox...enjoy. Look for an updated XML once the random outro code is looked at.

Dude, I just downloaded this skin and I have to say that this is, by far, the sweetest skin on my box!  Definiely my default!

Anyone know where the BloodyMary site went, it doesnt seem to be working anymore.
It was an awesome site, its nice to have pretty sites like xboxskinz but you have to have content otherwise why bother at all.
BloodyMarys at least has/had stuff to download and use.

WOW, This is the best skin ever, no question.

I do have a couple complaints/sugestions.

1. You really do need to get that random Outro working, that would be so sweet.

2. Maybe a little bigger spot for the Preview vids.
