ftp to your xbox.  Make sure LOADING.WMV  is in all caps.  if not, you will have to rename it to something different (anything) and rename it back using all caps.

I had a problem will file using lower case extensions to i just used caps throughout.

Let me know if you still have a problem.  everything looks fine in the archive and the skin.xml   I will delete mine off the xbox and reinstall just to check the new archive this afternoon.

i downloaded the skin from the website, extracted it.   Deleted all skins off my xbox and uploaded the one i got from the website and it still worked fine.  Im not sure why you are having this problem.

I didn't have a chance to try the color mod yesterday night so I'll get to t today.  I don't understand either why this doesn't work.  Al the other skins work fine.  I'll dig deeper tonight.
