Title: Possible To Pause Music/videos?

is it possible to pause or stop videos and/or music with actionscripting?
while copying files the videos and music slow down the process, is there any way to pause them?

When I get around to revamping the music manager, you will be able to have fairly complete control over that sort of thing.
