I'm enteresting in edit a video for a skin but what kind of video should be to be loaded in xbox?

obviosly a .wmv but with framerate? and crop?

640x480  wmv8  with a bitrate of no more than 770kbs if you want to keep the menu a little more fluid ad still allow for previews etc.
