That is just the ID for the game. It's not a big deal. And if you look at the pinned topis here you can see an topic that is collecting ID's. And then BenJeremy is going to implent those to MXM. And if the ID: 1746467124 is started and is LIVE enabled, a warning-window pops up and tells you that. This is to prevent users from entering live with modchip turned on...

Yeah, it's generated when MXM validates an XBE file on the hard drive. This is an application ID unique to that program (well, supposedly, but some developers are lazy).

Cool, thanks guys.  I just wanted to know if it was something that i needed to learn for whenever I alter my menu.

Yes, and it's something I've thought about for some time. I have to go beyond that, though, to include MD5 hashes, sine there seem to be many apps, including sub-app files in some games, that use the same ID.
