Title: .iso In Subdirs?

QUOTE (goten @ Jul 18 2003, 10:28 AM)
is it possible to skip the step of having to extract the .iso file? or is it mandatory

what i want to do is put 3 games onto a single DVDr by using MXM. so it would be something like this:

/game1/game1.iso
/game2/2.iso
/game3/3.iso

Using an ISO at "runtime" is not very practical, and I don't think anybody will ever do it.

The problem is that the ISO would still require unpacking in order to work. The BIOS cannot support accessing the ISO in that manner without some serious driver development, which is simply not an easy task onthe Xbox.

Before you see ISOs running as "virtual disks" you'll see network support - and even that's a ways off.

I think I understand... you want a Craxtion type tool able to go into the iso directly, skipping their unpacking, when building a DVD-R image.
