Title: Accessviolation When Deleting Title

This usually happens after transferring an ISO to your Xbox.  I think I have found this problem, as I too have seen it.  I'm not freeing the background transfer thread and it's causing problems if you Scan Titles (and a few other tasks) after transferring.  Should be fixed in the next release.
