Title: Question To The Avalaunch Dev's
Post by: zerowizard on December 04, 2009, 10:50:00 AM
You may or may not remember me... anyhow, on with my questions:

1. Is Ava officially dead? (I would assume so seeing as there has been nothing posted in 2+ years)
2. What about the source code? Do you ever plan on releasing it?
3. How the hell have you all been? Hope everything is going good.

I am bumping this old ass post, to see if Team Ava ever released, or wants to now release, the source.

Other interested parties have been preserving as much source as possible from the xbox scene but I am unaware of anyone that has Avalaunch's source code unfortunately.

Bummer. Based on Lantus (MVG) podcasts, a lot of the devs from xbox stuff probably have had their issues with the law.
The one where he talked about all of the dev kits getting pieced together and sold instead of really being recycled, crazy stuff. Was never enough for some people.

Not really. You would have had to do some really stupid shit like Pokora, soniciso and xboxdevguy did in order to run in with the law. As long as your not blatantly and flagrantly causing damage to the IP holders you'll never get bothered.
