Title: N00b Trainer Questions

i am having trouble using trainers i have downloaded. I dont know where to upload them im using evox and i have a trainers menu on the dash but where do i upload them to ? also what the the file extensions i should be using ? tmd asm etm ?

they go in the trainers folder in your evox root. the trainer extensions are etm.
