Title: Need Help With A Skin

I am trying to get this skin to work but for some reason it won't work.  could someone like phizzy please put it together for me.  I have links to the pics here.

this would be the main screen

and this for the loading screen

If those aren't the correct dimensions, please let me know and I will fix it to make them correct.
