Title: A Couple Of Newb Questions

ive have just recently started making xbox skins and i have a few questions.

1. when u upload a skin on allxboxskins.com does it appear instantly or do u have to wait for it to get on the site?

2. how do u make custom text in a picture (like putting matrix style words "loading: in a loading screen)and make frames ?

2. you can just use photoshop or something similar

#1)  It's not instant.  Sometimes it takes days.  If you want instant, try XBox-Skins.net

#2)  Any graphics program will do it.  Even MS Paintbrush.
