i have a big problem!!!!

I just started my xbox but on my Dashbord i can' t choose my  games anymore !!!

after i start my xbox with my xecuter 2

before my menus looked something like that:

play games from DVD player
play games from HD
system management
and so on

now it looks like this:

MS Dashbord
Reboot
settings
power off
backup

what happened ?

pleeeaaseee help me
