Title: Clean Up Pics For Evox Skins

Hey guys this is kinda off topic but I didn't know where else to post.  Does anyone know of a program that can clean up a bad quality pic and maybe resize it so that it could be used for a evox skin without looking like crap?  Cleaning up is more important to me than resizing.  The images that I want to use originally cam from a webcam.  Thanks for any help.

True.  PS is probably the best for sharpening and things like that, but he said Webcam, which means the source image probably isn't 640*480 to begin with.  Take a poor quality image, blow it up, and it will look even worse.

Thanks for the help guys.  I guess I'll try photshop then.  Hopefully I can get her to take some high resolution pics with a digicam soon!!!! We'll see what happens I guess.

Yeah she's hot.  She's a chick from the uk who has her own forum boards.  She really cool, one of the only people to talk to while Im at work, anyway.  The only thing is that she doesn't like to show her face in photos so I gotta kinda work around that.  Theres a couple of other chicks here where I live that said they were down too, just need a digi cam.  In my opinion normal everyday chicks are hotter than the pornstars and models everyone seems to be using lately.  Well time to try and figure out how to do this I guess, thanks for the help guys.

I gotta wait a min man,  I need a digi cam first.  A friend might let me use theirs but well see what happens.  By the way does anyone know how to get rid of that damn spinning evox graphic when using evox skin creator???
