I've thought about this too.  If there was some kind of app/script that could run whenever you chose shutdown from the evox menu.  Evox already does the skin scan on loading, so check the ini file for the current skin, go to the next in the list, and then shut down.  When you start the xbox again, voila.  New skin.

Just a thought . . .
