random loading skins....., as in a different skin when you power on or goto a load menu.......WTF...........how.......I have not heard of this before

ya u can get a little app called xrandom off of xbins .. its under the dashboard tools section .. the only problem is that its a pretty sketchy little app, it works but u have to play nice with it, i have had it do some weird things, example the other day i added about 20 new skins, after doing this the xbox wouldn't boot anymore, this also happened when i moved the skins around on the ftp site ..  make sure the clock is set as well .. it also increases the loading time and will screw up often if u have disc in the drive, by screw up i mean it loads the evox default skin .. oh and read the instructions when setting it up ..  i wish evox would just add this to the dash ..

tried xrandom tonight and while it is a great idea, i'd be careful of this app.  followed the directions perfectly, very simple and makes perfect sense how it could work.  but it locked up my xbox, just hung on the XBOX screen with xecuter2 at the bottom.  had an evox boot disc that i rebooted with and after about 5 minutes, that thankfully started so i could delete the files via ftp
think i'll just wait for evox to implement random skins...
