well, you DEFINATELY posted in the wrong section and if your reffering to evo-x skins you ftp them to your skins directory. your really not very clear in what your asking.

What dashboard are you even talking about? Xecuter 2.2 Pro is simply the modchip...

flash a BIOS (M7 Reccomended)
Load EvoX
Photoshop(or GIMP) + EvoX SkiNNer = Custom EvoX skin
