Put the skins in the games folder, so the structure is as follows:

C:\Skin\SkinName\main.jpg
C:\Skin\SkinName\load.jpg
C:\Skin\SkinName\skin.ini

Please note that Main.jpg and load.jpg could be named different.

Then Reboot the 'box and select the skin in the settings menu.
