Title: Need Help Putting Skins On The Hdd..

i got the downloaded the skin. i ftp into xbox and go to skins folder, i created a new skin folder and put the files i downloaded into the folder.  I rebooted xbox and i see the skin name, but when i choose it, it does nothing. does not change it at all.
