Title: Evox Dash Not Loading

I keep getting Error 21, i can still load games, but it wont load my MS dashboard or my Evox Dashboard. I have tried to restore from my MS backup, but nothing seems to work...
I have the Evox installed in the /E/ folder.

My C folder:

Your C drive files seem to be missing some  folders and some files are present without their parent folder. Compare yours with http://pastebin.com/f50eae434 , courtesy of Bomb Bloke

CASH 1.1 disc or Slayer's 2.7 will have stock msdash files

I added all of the missing files and folders from my backup, but i still get the same error... i have all of the files...

How are you modded? If chipped use Slayer's to rebuild the C drive.

If softmodded I would use CASH Ver 1.1 to upgrade to Krazie's Ndure 1.1.1.
