Title: Help Microsoft Dashboard Gone!

Error 16 is missing dashboard files. It could be the MS dash if you aren't modded or your Evox, UnleashX, XBMC, Etc.. if you are modded.

It sounds like you have a mod chip, but list your mods here. Chip, new HD, etc..

SlaYer's EvoX Auto-Installer v2.7 can restore your M$ dashboard.

I once used an auto-installer to install a dashboard on C, once completed, installed dashboard worked fine...
but few days later noticed that M$ dashboard wouldn't load. Gave me same error as you.
I checked C and noticed xboxdash files were gone.

Used SlaYer to restore the dashboard...everything got fixed.
