OK, first we need to get our terminology on the same page. Downloading means getting files from the Internet. Installing means to put software on your computer or Xbox.

You are trying to install Slayer's to a new drive. It should only take about 10 minutes. Try formatting the drive and installing it again.

Not a problem.

I can't boot up a Slayer's disc, but there should be an option on there to format the HD.

Then go to build new HD.

If it doesn't work, put the drive back into a PC and run some diagnostics on it. Could be a bad drive.

I just tried to format from the slayer menu (#4/format the upgrade/large Hdd). Then, I tried to reinstall it, it took about 3 hours then same like yesterday, boot from the power, blue star, M$ dash, Played game like nothing happened. Boot from eject, fraging..... muhaha.gif
You mentioned about the "bad" Hdd maybe right because it used. But if the Hdd is bad why still play like normal when I boot from power button?
