Title: Is This Hard Drive Fast Enough

I had a 5400rpm 80gig Maxtor for a year or so.  It worked great.  I bought it on purpose to keep the temps down....  that is until I discovered that a 7200rpm Samsung harddrive is cooler then the maxtor.    But anyway.  IT WILL WORK GREAT.

speed shouldn't be an issue with most any hd.  I have a 7200 rpm one in my xbox and a friend has a 5400.. no difference

I use a 5400 RPM and I have no problems.
