Title: Oops! I Kinda Broke It

you can download skins through evox rather than ftp'in them to your xbox, not 100% sure as
my tv broke the other day and i cant use my xbox

Post by: thedavil on September 19, 2006, 08:25:00 AM: Thanks I was thinking along those lines. like I'll just find evoX.ini and tell it to not use that skin or replace the dodgy files with good files from another skin first. only thing is, the IP address when I'm in the gamesave exploit thing isn't correct and it doesn't save when I change it. I'm probably doing something wrong. Can anybody tell me what it is I'm doing wrong so I can start to do it right? ;-) actually when I get home I'd say I'll be able to fix it. it was very late last night when I finally got everything working after trying about 8 different USB devices until I found one compatible with the XBOX. still, any help is much appreciated. Thanks again Roland.

Post by: thedavil on September 19, 2006, 10:16:00 AM: It's been one of those weeks. you know the kind I'm talking about. anyway I've fixed the evox.ini to point to a proper skin and Evox is booting now but the only options I have in it are MS Dashboard, Reboot, Power Off, Settings and Backup. How do I start again?
