Title: How To Use Dual Harddrive, No Dvd

My current system is modded with evox. Somehow my daughter updated and screwed up the system on one harddrive. It starts MS dash.

I have another harddrive works fine.

When I tried to boot from start up CDRW, I found my DVD not working even with original game.

I want to setup a system that uses dual harddrive without DVD so I can overwrite the C drive on the screwed one.

Is this possible? Or is there other way to transfer files to screwed hard drive.

I don't have friend that has modded XBOX, also no extra XBOX for me to try.

Sorry I posted in wrong place. My system is not the XBOX360.

Leave the yellow cable hooked to your Xbox DVD drive. Hook the IDE cable to a PC DVD/CD drive and use a Y molex power adapter to hookup your Xbox HD and the other end to the DVD/CD drive. The PC DVD/CD drive must be set to slave.

Now the PC DVD/CD drive will act as your Xbox drive other than it won't read your Xbox games.

Either way afaik only way to use dual hard drives is hook them to a power switch. I don't think you can run them both and use them both at the same time.
