Title: Help Me Region Setting In Evolutions

i make bad move i chnage region setting presently my tv is in black and withe and i dont see menu for make change i live canada i have executer 2.6 xbox ver 1.6.

when i make my chip off the region not recovery how change it in the ini or a other place please help
