I want to hook up my Xbox to my 17" LCD monitor. I'm looking for a VGA adapter that's fairly affordable but does a great job. First, a few questions...
The standard Xbox cables are standard composite RCA. Would I be better off buying 3rd party component (Y/Pb/Pr) cabling for the Xbox, and getting a VGA adapter that supports component? In other words, will I get a better display on my LCD if I use component as opposed to composite?
FYI, I have VGA input only on my LCD monitor.. no DVI (if that even matters). So.. any product suggestions? I'm not interested in (nor skilled enough to) building my own solution.
Thanks!

How do you think x2vga compares to the VDigi VZ-D3?

Any speakers with a head phone jack to plug them in with should work. As for the other adapter I haven't used it so I dont know if it works as well.

The VDigi adapter supports S/PDIF audio!! I'm going for that one..
