Yo. Only Evox and latest Apps. Also XBMC instead of XBMP.

-Nonono! its rewritten from scratch. U got a lot more options like
installing XBMC as a Dashboard, you got 3 (!) Installmodes instead of 2 (SlaYer), a lot more bioses and other things like livemenu or autodetect Biossize or Online Help.
Also the menu is pretty easy...

Al rright as yo already know this is a noob question , hey we were all one once, now is just my time, I if make this disck, do I have to flash cromwell with X2.49**, or can I just put this disk in and It will flash it for me.

I flashed the BIOS using the red/red and now the power light is red. Is it suppose to be like that?

I used Slayers setup to get the dash running. I would like to try out firefuckers updated version.
My question is how do I go about "upgrading" to fires setup? Can I just FTP it over?
Or should I create a ISO cd image? I dont want to lose anything on the hard drive. Which I dont think I have to really worry about. But I good hint on how to installl this over top of slayers would be great. Thanks.

I think you are missing the point of this release m8.
Its for people with original HDs and little space.

Best way is: -backup -delete everything but e:\tdata /udata (savegames and your games (e.g. F:\hddloader) -rename hddloader to games -move F:\apps\emus to F:\emulators -install x-disk->plain install without format -run x-switch->toolz->hddloader folder renamer ftp everything that you need and is missing back to xbox Result: Clean x-disk style setupwithout to much work Post by: Stealthy on June 03, 2004, 09:38:00 PM
I dont think it will flash it for you if you only have cromwell because it isnt necessarily a core "bios disc" at least I dont remember it being one. I believe it boots with the xbe.
