hi i whana know why some skin files are 2 pics and and a .ini file.
and some skin files are a .rar file? ;)

Rar is an archive and compression tool similar (but superior) to Zip.  To extract skins from a .rar archive, get a cop of WinRAR.

Yep, winrar is the way to go (supposing you are running windows of course).

packing files together is simply a way to make files take less hd space and reduce transfer time.
