WHAT ELSE DO I DO AFTER I INSTALL EVOX, XBMP, AND THE APPS OFF OF SLAYERS?  CAUSE I JUST INSTALLED THOSE THINGS AND I WANT TO KNOW WHAT I DO NEXT........

Turn your caps lock off for one. For two, If you know that everything is installed correctly then theres nothing left to do. Now you can sit back and enjoy your xbox.

I CANT TURN THE CAPS LOCK OFF, I AM PART OF THE ALL CAPS GANG. BUT ANYWAY, I TURNED OFF MY XBOX AND THEN TURNED IT BACK ON TO SEE IF TEH EVOX CAME UP, BUT IT DIDNT.  THE NORMAL XBOX DASH CAME UP.  DID I DO SOMETHING WRONG??

i didnt see one rule in there that says you cant type in all caps.  i dont see what is so big about it.  is someone gonna answer my questions or not? this isnt a 'who cares if i type in all caps' thread. if you arent gonna answer my question DONT REPLY!!! thank you

yea dude, its just common courtesy to type in lowercase and not caps, but whatever...
need more info, not just that brief description you gave us. are you using a chip? an exploit? did you flash your system with an appropriate bios? did you make the evox disk properly? if so, can you boot your system up fine with that disk?

Yeah, i have the xecuter 2.3b lite. i flashed it with th external programmer with the x24977 bios and i can boot up to slayers with a disk.  and i did install everything.  and now i have more problems.  i tried to install the dvd region free patch(dont know why) and the dvd tray popped out and i didnt kow what to do so i turned off the xbox.  now i cant boot with the modchip off, it gives me the servie error and error 13.  but i can boot perfectly with the chip on(but still no evox) so i dont know. am i F*cked or what???????

try booting to slayers disc, and format/install all over again.

when you install the region free patch, you need to wait 60 seconds... the dvd tray will close and your xbox will shut off.

It says it right on the screen man.... just try to reinstall everything and don't shut the system off next time.

Its Basic internet manners the same as in real life you dont shout at people otherwise you get a bad response .

It didnt say that i needed to wait.  It just said that it was loading  and i think it is too late to try reinstalling it.  when the chip is off the LED starts blinking red and green and it says 13 in the upperleft hand of the sceen and the messege says that i need servicing or something like that.  I'm not sure exactly what it says. I'll check later when i get home cause i am at school right now!

SO your saying that if i reinstall that dvd region free patch from the slayers boot disk, it will set it back to normal?? and if i install it again after that and wait the 60 seconds it will be installed??

The All Caps Gang is something my brother and one of his friends made up while they were drunk.  but anyway i cant read the slayers docs becuause i had to format my hdd and i lost everything and i had to install win 98 first edition. Unless you know something that can translate them?

Well, you plain and simply told everyone who reads this thread that your brother is a drunk. And what are you smoking? You burst in type in all caps and tell people what to do. If I want to, I will call your brother a drunk. And if you really research everyday than you wouldnt use slayers. It ruins the entertainment of finding everything and installing it using your own intellect. And about your problem, i'd get a new HDD and use an Evo-X new HDD .ini and start from scratch.

And i can read the slayer doc and im running win 98 1st

My brother and his friends arent drunks. They only drink on weekends. Its not like they do it everyday. And if i told them that people were talking crap.. if they found you (somehow or someway), you couldnt even imagine what they would do to you. But, thats besides the point......
