Title: Evox Skins ---> How Do You Install?

Hi All,
Sorry if this is a n00b question, but how can install new skins onto my Xbox?

My Xbox specifications:
Xbox v1.0
original X-ecuter BIOS
120GB HDD Unit (WD)
Phillips DVD Unit (Xbox)

I have FlashFXP and have been successful tranferring files back and forth between PC and Xbox. This site have great skins that I can't wait to install on my Xbox!
