What FTP program are you using? Use FlashFXP, it's da best  :D

I get 8.5Mbps sustained transfer from Xbox HDD -> PC.
PC -> HDD, around 3Mbps (same with Xbox DVD -> PC)

I have the same network card...

i get around 25-30KB transfer using FXP... this is from xbox to the HD... but i get normal speed going from HD to the xbox... can someone please tell me how to fix this?

I set it not not use passive mode and i don't have windows firewire enable.. have d-link 704 router... and i tried forcing network card to full 100T duplex.. didn't work.. PLEASE... i need to figure this out!!

I see several post of this problem but nobody seems to know...

Hmm could it be that You simply forgot to uncheck the speed limit in the Transfer settings... I my self sometimes forget it if I "reuse" the FTP session and I recently Uploaded where i restricted the UL speed to e.g. 30 kb/sek to prevent my ADSL going toooo sloooow...

Kind Regards
