I'm using boxplorer software, and when I bring up the D drive (cdrom) there are no files showing up to copy.

have you tried to use HDDLoader? Perhaps if it works, then all you need to do is use BoxPlorer to move the contents in HDDLoader folder to make a backup on your PC

No, like I said, it works for me!

If you are using an original make sure the Evolutino-X "settles down" before you switch to boXplorer, etc.

E.G. that the game is registed.

You are not doing this from a backup right?

i know boxplorer works fine, but you should try using xbcopy.....it works great! and all you have to do is start the program and insert the cd and in a couple minutes its done. you dont have to worry about accidently missing files or anything. just a suggestion though
