Listen! If you flash your onboard bios then you will be asking for trouble.

Listen to me and do not never try to flash your onboard bios as it will totally stuff you up!!

i have x-ecuter mod with a switch on it to turn off to flash is that ok? i have only flashed with eingmah so i dont know about it

you can't flash the onboard bios of an xbox using x-ecuter mod

If EvoX reports wrong flash type , then it sounds to me like you have a mod installed and haven't disabled it properly.

Read the tute on flashing the TSOP, I recommend you only flash the onboard TSOP using an enigmah to boot.

I have flashed quite a few onboards now and I always leave the 2 points linked for further upgrades. I have flashed mine 3 times now ! Its a great way to mod you box , better than open xbox in my opinion. If you read a lot and have half a brain you won't screw up and you'll enjoy a nice mod !

If I was you I would remove the mod completely and install a 28 wire enigmah mod , which I'm sure you will get for pennies these days.

Alternativley, maybe ask X-ecuter about how to diasble the mod to flash your onboard TSOP.

Be careful, its not hard to kill your box !

i'm pretty sure that if you remove the x-ecuter, your xbox is gonna turn off. just listen to me...you can't flash the onboard bios using the x-ecuter!

Ok sorry guys as i do not give a shit about those other mod chips and what they can do or can not do as i will only ever use a homebrew chip which is a complete bios replacement mod and i forget that some people here do buy these mod chips from some websites.
