Title: Xbox Making Grinding Noise When It Boots

It makes a grinding noise for about 10 seconds and shudders at the end and then normalises. It occurs 30 percent of times when i switch it on and ive had to replace the hard drive before. thanks :D

check the fan, or DVD drive or HDD, only things w/ moving parts.

might just be your motherboard fan a little offset or something, mine does that sometimes
