wierd I have had no problems with Arctic Thunder what so ever

SSX Tricky No problems for me running off the HD. Star Wars Starfighter SE No probs either.
Need to be a bit more specific for others to verifiy a potential issue. Is this randomly mean after 3 hours? Or guaranteed it has locked up for you in the first half an hour of playing..
And you need to specify if these are RIPS or copy of the original.
All games I have tried are original.
I have around 20 games on the HD currently and they all work, have yet to find one that does not.

SSX tricky I tried orgrinal and backup (ntsc) and backup pal all the rest are orgrinal
they lockup with in 3 minutes of playing the games, all menus work it is game play the screws up
What drive and directory are you using?

with ssx trick I hex edited the refereces of d:\ to f:\ and the game would play without locking up unless I tried to save the game then it locks while tring to save.

I have no problems with any games I have on f:. The ones I have tried are all Pal originals copied straight to the hard drive with Xbcopy. I am using EvolutionX 2.2 bios and a 40 gig 7200 drive.
